Families, schools, faith based organizations or agencies such as DFCS, DJJ, Mental Health—or anyone can make referrals.

How to Refer to WIN Georgia

    3. Please be sure to fill in all information on the form. Incomplete Referrals cannot be assigned to a wraparound team.
