Our vision is that all of Georgia’s families and communities will provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment for their young members and collaborate in a system of care to provide quick access to substance abuse treatment and fully support recovery.
Mission
The mission of Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Teams (START) Georgia is to be the program of choice for a continuum of services which promote family preservation and the well being of children and families; recovery for all substance abuse affected Georgians; and communities able to provide treatment opportunities and recovery supports including Parent Support Partners/Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialists to their members.
