A-Team
In order to meet the day-to-day needs of the grant and complete the work products requested by the NEST and the Policy Council, the grant Administrative Team (A-Team) was created. The A-Team consists of a family representative; the Project Director; Principal Investigator; Lead Evaluator; Youth Coordinator; Social Marketing/Technical Assistance Coordinator; Clinical Director; Evaluation Manager; Lead Family Contact; and the Cultural and Linguistics Proficiency Coordinator. The Administrative Team meets one time per month.
